Fitness Classes

For decades, the performing arts industry has been riddled with harmful, unhealthy, and discouraging myths about health and fitness. At Stage Fit, our mission is to end the cycle of misinformation and empower the next generation of performing artists to feel strong and confident. How do we do this? By using methods supported by science and facts to educate and train artists, help them reach their full performance potential, and give them long lasting careers in the performing arts.

STAGE FIT

Stage Fit was built on one-on-one training. Classes are great and can get you started, but to really fine tune your body to be the best performer you can be, we'll need to address your needs specifically. That takes place in our private sessions. One of our trainers will assess and build a plan made specially for you.
